One of many well-crafted in-game encounters, the fight against the Demolisher is the culmination of hours of gameplay. At one point, regular zombies will appear and players will have to lure them around the arena before they can return to fighting the Demolisher itself. Indeed, while the barrels make the fight easier, it is still complex and challenging. And, for dedicated fans, it should be noted that Dying Light on next gen will lose none of its fervor. In addition, the barrels are the perfect height to block any projectiles that the Demolisher might throw.
Shots to the back are the least compromising for players. Players then have the opportunity to attack the Demolisher. If players stand next to them, the Demolisher will charge into the barrels and be stunned on the spikes. In the pit, there are burning barrels adorned with spikes. Fortunately, players can use the environment to their advantage. Whether playing Dying Light on Xbox, PC, or Playstation, the Demolisher's attacks are definitely deadly. At range, it will rip up chunks of the earth and hurl them dangerously at players. When close to the Demolisher, it will try to pick players up and throw them around the arena. Thrown into a pit and trapped with the powerful zombie, it can seem overwhelming at first. The fight with the Demolisher is one that is easy once players know what to expect.
