Fix All Fast and Long require the F8 key to be pressed which is your acknowledgement that SeaTools should attempt to repair any problem unreadable LBAs (sectors) it might detect. The Fix All feature repairs bad sectors when possible.

Long Generic Test scans the entire drive for defects.
